Application Fee

The $150 application fee helps us with event materials, bands, chairs, sigange, tech & website and overall operations. 

For this year, the application fee will be refunded if your vehicle is not selected. Starting next year, application fees will become non-refundable.

Donation

In addition to the application fee, applicants must make a donation to our nonprofit partners. These donations are non-refundable and go directly toward the causes this event supports. 

Donation Amounts:

🌸 $350 – Friend

• All of the above, plus:
  

• Small branded item

🌞 $500 – Partner

• All of the above, plus:

• Name featured on a community donor wall or webpage

• Supporters Gathering pre show

🌟 $750 – Champion

• All of the above, plus:

• Access to an exclusive large donor-only event 

✨ $1000 – Patron

• All of the above, plus:

• Recognition as a “Major Patron” in event materials or programs

• One-on-one coffee or lunch with founders/organizers to share vision and updates

• Personalized seasonal gift box

At the heart of Concours for a Cause is fundraising, and donations play an important role in making an impact. While vehicle selection is ultimately based on curatorial standards, please note that your level of donation may also help in the approval process.
